Each popcorn order helps Pack 3963 turn plans into experiences—from activity supplies and advancement recognition to special events and outdoor adventures. Along the way, Scouts practice setting goals, speaking with confidence, following through, and working together as a Pack.

This is the final opportunity to take a popcorn sales shift at the market. Another signup link will be shared closer to the date.
Friday, November 20
Online Sales End
Online sales continue for several weeks after paper order forms are due, making them a great way to boost a Scout’s total. The online store has a different product selection, and some products on the paper order form may not be available online.
Option 1
Sell Online
- Look for the Pecatonica River Popcorn invitation sent to a parent or guardian.
- Use the Scout’s Seller ID to create or access the family account.
- Share the Scout’s personal store link with friends and family.
- Customers order online and their purchases ship directly to them.

Sell In Person
- Get the current order form and Pack instructions from your den leader.
- Record each customer’s order and payment carefully.
- Return forms and money by the deadline announced by Pack leadership.
- Pick up products when the Pack shares the delivery schedule, then deliver promptly.
Dates, accepted payment methods, and pickup instructions may change each season. Use the latest Pack email or contact cubscouts3963@gmail.com before collecting orders.
Sell Safely
- Scouts should always sell with a parent, guardian, or approved adult.
- Use the buddy system and remain in familiar, well-lit areas.
- Never enter a customer’s home or vehicle.
- Keep cash secure and give it to an adult promptly.
- Be courteous, accept “no thank you,” and thank every person for their time.
Before You Sell
Set a Goal
- Choose a realistic personal sales goal.
- Practice a short introduction and explain what the fundraiser supports.
- Confirm the Scout’s Seller ID and online store link.
- Wear the Scout uniform when appropriate.
After the Sale
Finish Strong
- Double-check order forms, customer details, and payments.
- Turn everything in on time using the current Pack instructions.
- Keep customers informed about delivery timing.
- Review the 2026 prize form and choose eligible prizes based on total sales.
Scout Rewards
2026 Popcorn Prize Form
Review the official prize levels and selection instructions. The form includes rewards for qualifying sales from $150 through $5,000, plus recognition for online sales, military donations, and top sellers.
